ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Spiritualitas terhadap Perilaku Menyimpang di tempat kerja yang dimediasi oleh Kepuasan Kerja pada guru SMKN di kota Banda Aceh. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 83 responden. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Teknik probability sampling digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Metode regresi linier sederhana digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Spiritualitas berpengaruh terhadap Perilaku Menyimpang di tempat kerja dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai pemediasi pada guru SMKN kota Banda Aceh. Kata Kunci : Spiritualitas, Perilaku Menyimpang, Kepuasan Kerja ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of spirituality towards workplace deviant behavior with job satisfaction as a mediator. The samples used in this study is 83 respondents. The sampling technique uses was probality sampling with stratified random sampling used as a sampling technique. Simple linear regression method is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of the variables involved. These results indicate that the spirituality influence on workplace deviant behavior with job satisfaction as a mediator in teachers SMKN in the city of Banda Aceh.
