Pencapaian hasil  dari  program-program  yang telah direncanakan  tentunya mengambarkan bahwa organisasi tersebut telah mencapai target atau dengan kata lain kinerja organisasi tersebut telah memenuhi harapan. Dinas Koperasi Dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Aceh dalam pencapaian kinerja organisasinya sangat membutuhkan dukungan dari berbagai input diantaranya adalah kinerja pegawai yaitu hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seseorang pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya, selain itu faktor kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi yang terdapat dalam organisasi tersebut. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Path Analysis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung variabel kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dan kinerja dinas, serta terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kinerja pegawai dalam memediasi variabel kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja Dinas Koperasi Dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Aceh&#13;

The achievement of the results of the planned programs must illustrate that the organization has achieved the target or in other words the organization's performance has met expectations. the office of cooperatives and small medium enterprises of aceh in achieving its organizational performance is in need of support from various inputs such as employee performance is the work quality and quantity achieved by an employee in performing their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him, in addition to leadership factors, motivation work, job satisfaction and organizational commitment contained within the organization. The analytical method used is Path Analysis. The result of analysis shows that there are direct influence of leadership variable, work motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee performance and official performance, and there is indirect influence of employee performance in mediating leadership, work motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the performance of the cooperative office and small medium enterprises of Aceh&#13;
