TERHADAP PENATAAN KAWASAN PANTAI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS LINGKUNGAN

ABSTRAK
Pantai Lampuuk merupakan pantai di Aceh Besar yang paling banyak dikunjungi oleh wisatawan baik lokal dan asing. Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Aceh Besar (2018) bahwa pada tahun 2017 jumlah wisatawan lokal dan asing mencapai 1.075.626 orang dengan pertumbuhan 4,75%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui profil atau karakteristik masyarakat dan wisatawan menimbulkan persepsi/kinerja kualitas dan harapan/tingkat kepentingan kualitas lingkungan wisata Pantai Lampuuk, sehingga dari hasil tersebut dapat meningkatkan kepuasan wisatawan dengan tetap memperhatikan aspirasi masyarakat sekitar objek wisata, dan untuk menghasilkan penataan yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan wisata Pantai Lampuuk. Jumlah sampel yang diambil berdasarkan rumus slovin dengan signifikan 0,1, didapat jumlah masyarakat yang diambil sebanyak 88 sampel dan wisatawan 97 sampel. Untuk sampel masyarakat diambil pada 2 (dua) desa yaitu Desa Lampuuk dan Desa Mon Ikeun. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif untuk karakteristik masyarakat dan wisatawan. Analisis Kuantitatif untuk evaluasi hasil persepsi masyarakat dan wisatawan terhadap lingkungan wisata dengan menggunakan analisis IPA (Importance Performan Analysis), sedangkan analisis beda persepsi antara masyarakat dan wisatawan digunakan uji beda selisih dan uji beda populasi dengan menggunakan wilcoxon sum rank test atau mann-whitney u. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan 6 dari 30 atribut yang dinilai berbeda oleh masyarakat dan wisatawan. Perbedaan prioritas utama antara presepsi masyarakat dan wisataan adalah masyarakat menambah prioritas utama berupa ketersediaan restoran sedangkan wisatawan area parkir lebih penting untuk ditingkatkan.

ABSTRACT
Lampuuk Beach is the most visited beach by both local and foreign tourists. Based on data from the Aceh Besar Culture and Tourism Office (2018) that in 2017 the number of local and foreign tourists reached 1,075,626 people with a growth of 4.75%, the number was the highest compared to tourist visits to other tourist objects in Aceh Besar. To develop beach tourism activities and increase tourism interest in Lampuuk Beach in Aceh Besar District, it is necessary to conduct research related to the arrangement of coastal areas by improving the environmental quality of coastal areas. The purpose of this study is to find out the profile or characteristics of the community and tourists lead to the perception/performance of quality and expectations/level of importance of the quality of the tourist environment of Lampuuk Beach, so that the results can increase tourist satisfaction while still paying attention to the aspirations of the community around the tourist attraction, and to produce arrangement which is needed to improve the quality of tourist environment Lampuuk Beach. The number of samples taken based on Slovin formula with significant 0.1, obtained the number of people taken as many as 88 samples and 97 sample tourists. For community samples taken in 2 (two) villages namely Lampuuk Village and Mon Ikeun Village. The analysis used is descriptive analysis for the characteristics of society and tourists. Quantitative Analysis for evaluating the results of public and tourist perceptions of the tourism environment using Importance Performance Analysis, while a different analysis of perceptions between people and tourists is used a difference test of difference and different population tests using Wilcoxon Sum Rank Test or Mann-Whitney U. The results of this study show 6 of 30 attributes that are considered different by the community and tourists. Evaluation results using IPA to increase tourism growth and pay attention to the positive and negative impacts of tourism on the community.
