 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
       Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi. Penelitiian ini juga menambahkan hubungan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi dan perilaku kewargaan organisasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah staf keperawatan Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Pemerintah Aceh. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Sensus atau survei digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Data penelitian ini telah terkumpul 111 kuesioner pada staf keperawatan Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Pemerintah Aceh. Metode analisis Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komitmen orgnisasi berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi. Kepuasan kerja juga memiliki pengaruh langsung pada perilaku kewargaan organisasi. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja juga memoderasi pengaruh antara komitmen organisasi terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
       The aims of this study are to investigate the effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behaviour nursing personnel.This study also address the interaction of job satisfaction on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behaviour. The nursing staff of “Ibu dan Anak” hospital goverment on Aceh is taken as a sample in this study. The method of this study used questionnaires is an instrument. Survei or census techniqueused for a sample. Data for this study were collected by means of 111 questionnaires nursing staff of “Ibu dan Anak” hospital goverment on Aceh. Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) methods of analysis are used to determine the influence of the variables involved. The result of this study indicate that organizational commitment related on organizational citizenship behaviour. Job satisfaction directly related on organizational citizenship behaviour. In addition abtained results that job satisfaction has moderate the effect of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behaviour.&#13;
