ABSTRAK Prarancangan pabrik susu bubuk kacang hijau ini menggunakan kacang hijau sebagai bahan baku utama. Kapasitas bahan baku pabrik susu bubuk kacang hijau ini adalah 10.000 ton per tahun dengan hari kerja 300 hari dan 24 jam perhari. Bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan menggunakan metode struktur garis dan staff. Tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan untuk menjalankan perusahaan ini berjumlah 150 orang. Lokasi pabrik direncanakan didirikan di Kec. Sawang, Kab. Aceh Utara, Prov. Aceh dengan luas tanah 26.400 m . Sumber air pabrik ini berasal dari sungai krueng Sawang dengan total kebutuhan air sebesar 188.188,7 Kg/jam. Sedangkan kebutuhan listrik diperoleh dari Generator dengan daya 720,26 kW. Hasil analisa ekonomi yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut: 1. Fixed Capital Investment = Rp. 178.612.265.847,39 2. Working Capital Investment = Rp. 52.533.019.366,88 3. Total Capital Investment = Rp. 353.220.129.112,52 4. Total Biaya Produksi = Rp. 273.369.142.138,10 5. Hasil Penjualan = Rp. 1.765.979.960.400 6. Laba Bersih = Rp. 61.975.323.087,50 7. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 21,7% 8. Break Even Point (BEP) = 39,09 % 9. Pay Out Time (POT) = 2 tahun 9 bulan Berdasarkan studi kelayakan teknis dan ekonomis di atas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa prarancangan pabrik susu bubuk kacang hijau ini layak untuk dilanjutkan ke tahap rancangan. 8 2 ABSTRACT Milk powder plant design uses mung bean as the main raw material. The raw material capacity of this mung bean powdered milk plant is 10,000 tons per year with 300 working days and 24 hours per day. The company's form is Limited Company (PT) using line structure method and staff, with 150 people to run this company. This plant will be established in Kec. Sawang, Kab. Aceh Utara, Prov. Aceh on 26,400 m2 of area . The water source of this plant comes from Krueng Sawang river with total water requirement of 188,7 Kg / hour.
