ABSTRACT Abstract: This study aims to measure the effect of self efficacy and procedural justice on teacher’s extra role behavior (The studi of Madrasah aliyah negeri teacher’s in Banda Aceh). The sample used in this research is the civil servant teachers who teach at madrasah aliyah of the country in banda aceh is totalling 118 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study ia a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Simple linear regression with the help of SPSS is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, indicated that partially self efficacy has positive effect on the extra role behavior, partially procedural justice has positive effect on the extra role behavior, and simultaneously self efficacy and procedural justice have positif effect on the extra role behavior. Keywords: Self Efficcay, Procedural Justice, Extra Role Behaviour ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh Self Efficcay dan Keadilan Prosedural Terhadap Extra Role Behavior Guru (Studi Pada Guru Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Di Banda Aceh). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Seluruh guru PNS yang mengajar di madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 118 responden. Peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari semua variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana, mengindikasikan bahwa secara parsial Self Efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap Extra Role Behavior, secara parsial Keadilan Prosedural berpengaruh positif terhadap Extra Role Behavior, dan secara simultan self efficacy dan keadilan prosedural berpengaruh positif terhada extra role behavior.
