ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen afektif yang dimoderasi oleh locus of control. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling, dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 109 karyawan Hermes Palace Hotel Banda Aceh. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Moderated Regression Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif serta locus of control berperan sebagai variabel homologizer moderator dalam memoderasi pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen afektif. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Locus of Control, dan Komitmen Afektif. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on affective commitment that is moderated by the locus of control. The sampling technique used simple random sampling, with sample size of 109 employees Hermes Palace Hotel Banda Aceh. Analytical technique in this study using Moderated Regression Analysis. The results showed that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on affective commitment and locus of control acts as a moderator homologizer variable in moderating the effect of job satisfaction on affective commitment.
