 <note>ABSTRAK &#13;
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan&#13;
kerja terhadap komitmen afektif yang dimoderasi oleh locus of control. Teknik&#13;
pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling, dengan&#13;
ukuran sampel sebanyak 109 karyawan Hermes Palace Hotel Banda Aceh. Teknik&#13;
analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Moderated Regression Analysis. Hasil&#13;
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan&#13;
terhadap komitmen afektif serta locus of control berperan sebagai variabel&#13;
homologizer moderator dalam memoderasi pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap&#13;
komitmen afektif.&#13;

ABSTRACT &#13;
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on&#13;
affective commitment that is moderated by the locus of control. The sampling&#13;
technique used simple random sampling, with sample size of 109 employees Hermes&#13;
Palace Hotel Banda Aceh. Analytical technique in this study using Moderated&#13;
Regression Analysis. The results showed that job satisfaction has a positive and&#13;
significant effect on affective commitment and locus of control acts as a moderator&#13;
homologizer variable in moderating the effect of job satisfaction on affective&#13;
commitment. &#13;
