ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh Entrepreneurial Efikasi Diri terhadap Entrepreneurial Persistence dengan Entrepreneurial Passion sebagai variabel mediasi pada Entrepreneur UKM Universitas Syiah Kuala. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah entrepreneur UKM Universitas Syiah Kuala yang berjumlah 135 responden. Peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari semua variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis HLM, mengindikasikan bahwa Entrepreneurial Efikasi Diri berpengaruh positif terhadap Entrepreneurial Persistence, Entrepreneurial Efikasi Diri berpengaruh positif terhadap Entrepreneurial Passion, Entrepreneurial Passion berpengaruh positif terhadap Entrepreneurial Persistence, dan Entrepreneurial Passion memediasi secara parsial hubungan Entrepreneurial Efikasi Diri terhadap Entrepreneurial Persistence. Kata Kunci: Entrepreneurial Efikasi Diri, Entrepreneurial Persistence, Entrepreneurial Passion, Hierarchical Linear Modelling ABSTRACT This study aims to measure the effect of Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy to entrepreneur’s student activity unit Entrepreneurial Persistence in Syiah Kuala University with Entrepreneurial Passion as mediating variable. The sample used in this study were entrepreneur student activity unit in Syiah Kuala University is totaling 135 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is simple Random Sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the HLM analysis indicated that Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy positively influence Entrepreneurial Persistence, Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy influence Entrepreneurial Passion, Entrepreneurial Passion positively influence Entrepreneurial Persistence and Entrepreneurial Passion partial mediate the relationship between Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy and Entrepreneurial Persistence.
