Kemampuan interpersonal yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan yang dimiliki anak dalam memahami teman sebaya, orang lain yang ada dilingkungannya dengan sikap saling berbagi, bertoleransi, bekerjasama dan berkomunikasi dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan interpersonal anak usia dini melalui metode bermain peran di PAUD Al-Hidayah MeusaraAgung. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam 2 siklus. Pada setiap siklus terdapat 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah anak usia 4-5 tahun pada kelas A di PAUD Al-Hidayah Meusara Agung, yang berjumlah 10 orang terdiridari 6 laki-lakidan 4 perempuan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dan unjuk kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tindakan siklus 1 anak yang mulai berkembang (MB)sebanyak 5 anak, 3 anak berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH), dan 2 anak yang berkembang sangat baik (BSB). Pada tindakan siklus II mengalami perkembangan yang sangat baik dari tindakan sebelumnya, yaitu anak yang mulai berkembang (MB) berkurang menjadi 2 anak, dan berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH) 3 orang anak, sedangkan yang berkembang sangat baik (BSB) 5 anak. Setelah dilakukan tindakan  selama 2 siklus, maka diperoleh hasil  yaitu kemampuan interpersonal anak usia dini melalui metode bermain peran di PAUD Al-Hidayah Meusara Agung yaitu beberapa anak sudah menunjukkan sikap saling berbagi, bertoleransi, bekerjasama, dan berkomunikasi dengan baik  dengan orang lain yang ada di sekitarnya.&#13;

Interpersonal skills as mentioned in this research is the ability that children have in understanding peers, others in the neighborhood with mutual sharing, tolerance, cooperate and well communicate. This study aim to develop early age childhood interpersonal through method play a role at PAUD Al-Hidayah Meusara Agung. This research  applied classroom activities research (PTK) design  in 2cycle. In each cycle there are 4 stages namely planning, execution, observation, and reflection. The subject of this research is early age childhood 4-5 years old in class A at PAUD Al-Hidayah Meusara Agung, which amounted 10 people consisting  of  boys and 4 girls.  The data was collected through observation  and worksheet. The results showed that  in the action 1 cycle of a child is growing (MB) as  many as 5 children, 3 children  develop as expected (BSH), and 2 children are growing very well (BSB). In the second cycle of action experienced a very good from the previos  action, that is a growing  child (MB) reduced to 2 children  and progressed  as expected (BSH) 3 children, while that is growing very well (BSB) 5 children. After the action is done for 2 cycles, then the results obtained are early age childhood interpersonal through method  play a role at PAUD Al-Hidayah  Meusara Agung that is some children have shown  mutual sharing, cooperate, and well communicate  with  others around him.&#13;
