ABSTRAK Salah satu penentu motivasi kerja bagi individu adalah kompensasi berupa pemberian gaji. Namun, hal ini tidak berlaku bagi relawan. Relawan, terutama yang bekerja di Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) umumnya bekerja karena hubungan keanggotaan sesama relawan dan adanya pemenuhan kebutuhan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara sense of community dengan motivasi kerja pada relawan Pos Keadilan Peduli Umat (PKPU) Aceh. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah 122 subjek. Sense of community Indeks 2 dan Multidimensional Work Motivation Scale digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi Spearman yang menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,345 dengan nilai signifikansi (p) = 0,000 (p < 0.05) sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara sense of community dengan motivasi kerja pada relawan PKPU Aceh dengan nilai kontribusi sense of community sebesar 11,9 %. Hal ini menunjukkan semakin tinggi sense of community maka semakin tinggi motivasi kerja relawan PKPU Aceh. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa relawan PKPU Aceh berada pada kategori tinggi untuk variabel sense of community dan motivasi kerja.
