ABSTRAK Judul : Analisis Pengaruh PAD DAK dan DAU terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Provinsi Aceh Nama : Kartika Jannah NIM : 1301101010035 Jurusan : Ekonomi Pembangunan Fakultas : Ekonomi dan Bisnis Pembimbing : Dr.Muhammad Nasir, S.E., M.Si Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh PAD, DAK dan DAU terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Aceh. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda menggunakan model data panel selama 7 tahun dari tahun 2008-2014 pada 23 Kabupaten dan Kota di Aceh. Berdasarkan hasil estimasi Pendapatan Asli (PAD) tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sedangkan Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan satandar signifikan 0.10 namun variable DAK berpengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan. koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar 0,290466 atau 29 persen, nilai ini memiliki arti bahwa variabel Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (PE) dipengaruhi oleh variabel Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) dan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) adalah sebesar 29 persen. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 71 persen dipengaruhi faktor lain diluar model ini. Saran bagi pemerintah menstabilkan dan juga meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi kabupaten/kota di Aceh. The data used in this research is secondary by using the multiple linear regresi method and the model of panel data during seven years from 2008-2014 at 23 districts and cities in Aceh. Based on the result of the PAD estimation is not influence to economic growth. Mean while the DAU influences significant to economic growth and DAK influences significant to economic growth with significant standards 0.10, but the variable of DAK has negative effect to economic growth. The determination coefficient of R2 by 0,290466 or 29 percent these values have the meaning, in which the economic growth variable is aftected by PAD DAK and DAK by 29 percent, while the rest is 71 percent affected by other factors besiden the model. Suggesting to the government is to stabilize and inctease the economic growth in Aceh.
