Kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut adalah perbandingan antara persepsi terhadap pelayanan yang diterima dengan harapannya sebelum mendapatkan pelayanan Apabila harapannya terpenuhi, pelayanan tersebut telah memberikan suatu kualitas yang luar biasa dan akan menimbulkan kepuasan yang tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian in adalah untuk melihat gambaran tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut di RSIA Banda Aceh Tahun 2017. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 33 orang. Data diperoleh melalui pembagian kuesioner kepada subjek penelitian yang telah diberi informed consent. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pasien yang merasakan tidak puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan, 14 orang merasakan sangat puas, dan 19 orang merasakan puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. &#13;

Title	:	Description of the Level of Patient’s Satisfactory in Oral and Dental Health in the Regional General Hospital Ibu dan Anak Hospital Banda Aceh year 2017&#13;

Patient satisfaction on dental health service is comparison between their perceptions about accepted service and their hope before accept service. If their hope is reached, it means the service has given a good and also generates high satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to identify the level of patients’ satisfaction in oral and dental health service in Regional General Hospital Ibu dan Anak Banda Aceh. The type of this research is descriptive research. The number of subjects in this study were as many as 33 people. The data collection procedure was carried out by distributing the questionnaire to the participants that had been given the informed consent. The result showed that none of the patients who fell dissatisfied with the service, 14 subjects felt very satisfied, and 19 subjects felt satisfied. &#13;
