ABSTRAK
Desa Bayu merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Darul Imarah, Kabupaten Aceh Besar, Provinsi Aceh. Banyaknya lahan kosong di Desa Bayu, mendorong keinginan dari investor untuk dialihfungsikan dalam pengembangan komplek perumahan. Berdasarkan pengamatan, fasilitas umum pada Perumahan Beutari Permai masih kurang memadai, seperti fasilitas rumah ibadah, Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH), dan persampahan. Keterbatasan fasilitas umum oleh developer, dapat mengakibatkan kurangnya kepuasan dari pembeli rumah setelah dihuni. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan dan pengaruh antara ketersediaan fasilitas umum terhadap kepuasan penghuni komplek Perumahan Beutari Permai, serta untuk menganalisis besar pengaruh yang diberikan oleh ketersediaan fasilitas umum terhadap kepuasan penghuni komplek Perumahan Beutari Permai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualititatif melalui observasi dan wawancara, serta metode kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah penghuni komplek perumahan sebanyak 51 orang. Metode statistika yang digunakan pada pengolahan data adalah uji validitas, dan reliabilitas, sedangkan analisis data terdiri dari analisis deskriptif, korelasi sederhana, dan regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas drainase dan jalan mempunyai hubungan yang sangat tinggi, fasilitas air minum mempunyai hubungan yang cukup, fasilitas sanitasi mempunyai hubungan yang rendah, sementara fasilitas jaringan listrik mempunyai hubungan yang sangat rendah terhadap kepuasan penghuni komplek Perumahan Beutari Permai. Ketersediaan fasilitas umum yang terdiri dari fasilitas jalan, sanitasi, drainase, air minum, dan jaringan listrik semuanya berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan penghuni komplek Perumahan Beutari Permai. Ketersediaan fasilitas umum yang terdiri dari fasilitas jalan, sanitasi, drainase, air minum, dan jaringan listrik secara simultan telah memberikan pengaruhnya sebesar 82,4% terhadap kepuasan penghuni komplek Perumahan Beutari Permai.

STUDY OF THE AVAILABILITY OF PUBLIC FACILITIES TO RESIDENTIAL SATISFACTION IN BEUTARI PERMAI RESIDENTIAL BAYU VILLAGE SUB-DISTRICT OF DARUL IMARAH ACEH BESAR REGENCY

ABSTRACT
Bayu Village is one of the villages located in Darul Imarah Sub-district, Aceh Besar District, Aceh Province. The abundance of vacant land in Bayu Village, prompting the desire of investors to be converted into the development of a housing complex. Based on the observation, public facilities in Beutari Permai Housing are still inadequate, such as facilities of houses of worship, Green Open Space (GOS), and garbage. Limited public facilities by developers, can lead to lack of satisfaction from home buyers after inhabited. This study aims to analyze the relationship and influence between the availability of public facilities to the satisfaction of residents of Beutari Permai Housing complex, and to analyze the effect of the availability of public facilities on the satisfaction of the residents of Beutari Permai Housing Complex. This research uses qualitative method through observation and interview, and quantitative method through questionnaires distribution. Respondents in this study are residents of housing complex of 51 people. The statistical method used in data processing is the validity and reliability test, while the data analysis consists of descriptive analysis, simple correlation, and multiple linear regression using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 22 software. The results show that drainage and roads have very high connections, drinking water facilities have sufficient connections, sanitation facilities have low connections, while electricity network facilities have a very low relation to the satisfaction of the residents of Beutari Permai Housing Complex. The availability of public facilities consisting of road facilities, sanitation, drainage, drinking water and electricity network all have a positive effect on the satisfaction of residents of Beutari Permai Housing Complex. The availability of public facilities consisting of road facilities, sanitation, drainage, drinking water and electricity network simultaneously has contributed 82.4% to the satisfaction of residents of Beutari Permai Housing Complex.
