ABSTRAK&#13;
&#13;
Puskesmas sebagai sarana kesehatan primer berperan dalam mengembangkan dan membina kesehatan masyarakatnya dalam menurunkan angka kematian ibu hamil &#13;
(masalah kesehatan), melalui program KIA atau Antenatal Care. Pemberian Antenatal Care yang baik dan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan standar, diharapkan akan meningkatkan minat ibu hamil untuk mendapatkan Antenatal Care. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas pelayanan kesehatan Antenatal Care di Puskesmas Kuta Baro Aceh Besar, ditinjau dari lima dimensi, yaitu reliability, responsiveness, assurance, tangible, emphaty. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif eksploratif dengan desain cross sectional study. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan tehnik probability sampling dengan jenis total sampling yaitu sebanyak 46 orang. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan angket menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk skala dikhotomi dengan 40 item pernyataan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan gambaran kualitas pelayanan kesehatan Antenatal Care di Puskesmas Kuta Baro berdasarkan reliability berada pada kategori kurang (63,0%), berdasarkan responsiveness berada pada kategori baik (56,5%), berdasarkan assurance berada pada kategori kurang (56,5%), berdasarkan tangibles berada pada kategori baik (65,2%) dan berdasarkan emphaty berada pada kategori kurang (63,0%). Secara umum gambaran kualitas pelayanan kesehatan Antenatal Care di Puskesmas Kuta Baro Aceh Besar tahun 2013 berada pada kategori kurang (52,2%). Peneliti menyarankan kepada pimpinan dan staf Puskesmas Kuta Baro Aceh Besar agar lebih meningkatkan pelatihan dan evaluasi berkala untuk memastikan kualitas pelayanan Antenatal Care selalu optimal. &#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
Puskemas as a primary health facility has role in developing and building health for the community to decrease the rate of maternal mortality (health problem), through child and maternal health program or Antenatal Care. A good provision of Antenatal Care conducted based on standard which expected to increase the interest of pregnant mothers to obtain antenatal care. The aim of the research was identify the description of health  service quality of Antenatal Care in Puskesmas Kuta Baro Aceh Besar, which reviewed from five deminsion i.e. reliability, responsiveness, assurance, tangible, empathy. The research used descriptive explorative with cross sectional study design. Sampling technique conducted by using probabilty samping with total sampling for 46 people. Data collection used questionnaire in dichotomous scale consisting with 40 statements. The result of the research was the description of of health  service quality of Antenatal Care in Puskesmas Kuta Baro according reliability was in less good category (63,0%), according to responsiveness was in good category (56,5%), according to assurance was in good category (56,5%), according to tangibles was in good category (65,2%) and according to empathy was in lees good (63,0%). Overall, description of health service quality of Antenatal Care in Puskesmas Kuta Baro Aceh Besar in 2013 was in less good category (52,2%). The researcher recommended for the head and staff of Puskesmas Kuta Baro Aceh Besar to enhance regular trainings and evaluation to ensure the optimum service quality of Antenatal Care  &#13;
