	Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) mendeskripsikan keadaan lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas kerja (2) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas kerja, (3) pengaruh kompensasi terhadap loyalitas kerja (4) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap loyalitas kerja (5) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, (6) pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja (7) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja (8) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas pegawai (9) kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas kerja, (10) kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap loyalitas kerja dan (11) kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh Motivasi terhadap loyalitas kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Rutan Klas IIB Banda Aceh Dan Rutan Klas IIB Jantho. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, motivasi kerja,  kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas pegawai sudah berjalan dengan baik, kemudian hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, kemudian variabel lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pegawai, dan terdapat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas pegawai. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas kerja.&#13;

The purpose of this research is to know: (1) to describe the condition of work environment, compensation, work motivation, employee performance and organizational performance (2) influence of work environment to work loyalty, (3) the effect of compensation on work loyalty (4) the influence of work motivation on work loyalty (5) the influence of work environment on job satisfaction, (6) the effect of compensation on job satisfaction (7) the influence of work motivation on job satisfaction (8) the influence of job satisfaction on employee loyalty (9) job satisfaction mediate the influence of work environment to work loyalty, (10) job satisfaction mediate the influence of compensation to work loyalty and (11) job satisfaction mediate influence motivation to work loyalty. This research was conducted on Class II Banda Aceh and and Class House IIB Jantho. The object of this research is work environment, compensation, work motivation, job satisfaction and employee loyalty. The result of the research shows that work environment, work motivation, job satisfaction and employee loyalty are running well, then test result proves that work environment, compensation and work motivation have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction of employee, then work environment variable, compensation and work motivation h ave a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, and there is influence of job satisfaction to employee loyalty. The results also proved that job satisfaction mediate the influence of work environment to work loyalty, job satisfaction mediate influence compensation to work loyalty and job satisfaction mediate influence motivation to work loyalty.&#13;
