Educational institutions are a set of rules and norms that are structured about the education that prevails in a society and follow all the norms and habits of society. Thus means that the educational institutions are adapted to the structure and culture of society.&#13;
This study aims to determine the relationship between the implementation of Program Indonesia Pintar  (PIP) with the change of educational institutions in Jagong Jeget Sub-district, Central Aceh District.&#13;
This research uses quantitative approach by using combination of two sampling technique that is purposive sampling and disproportionate stratified random sampling with number of sampels of 60 students of SMA N 5 Takengon Beneficiary of PIP benefit fund, 60 parents of beneficiary of PIP and 3 SMA N 5 Takengon executive board of PIP implementation. The measuring tool used in this study is the scale of PIP implementation and the scale of changes of educational institutions created by the researchers themselves.&#13;
