ABSTRAK&#13;
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak  dynamic strategic fit  dalam desain organisasi pada Bank Syariah di Indonesia. Istilah dynamic strategic fit mengacu pada tingkat   kesesuaian   strategi   yang   senantiasa   mengalami   perubahan   secara   dinamis   untuk menyesuaikan dengan perubahan lingkungan. Dalam perkembangannya, perbankan syariah akan  menghadapi   sejumlah  tantangan  antara   lain   inovasi   produk   keuangan,  sumber  daya manusia   dan   penerapan   teknologi   informasi.   Penelitian   ini   menggunakan   pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan   dokumentasi.   Penelitian   ini   menyimpulkan   bahwa   inovasi   produk   keuangan   dalam perbankan  syariah  meningkatkan  pertumbuhan  dan  daya   saing  perusahaan, kualitas   sumber   daya   manusia   (SDM)   meningkatkan   kualitas   struktur   organisasi   dan penerapan teknologi informasi membantu perbankan syariah dalam menerapkan strategi yang dinamis.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
This study aimed to find out how the impact of dynamic strategic fit in organizational design at Bank Syariah in Indonesia. The term of dynamic strategic fit refers to the degree of conformity of a strategy that constantly changes dynamically to adapt with the changes in environment. In its development, sharia banking will face a number of challenges such as financial product innovation, human resources and application of information technology. This research uses qualitative research approach, while the data collection is done by in-depth interview, observation and documentation. This study concludes that the innovation of financial products in sharia banking which the increase in the growth and the competitiveness of the company, the quality of human resources (HR) which greatly increases the quality of organizational structure and the application of information technology which helps the islamic banking in implementing a dynamic strategy.&#13;
