Uji aktivitas ekstrak metanol daun Annona muricata L. telah dilakukan terhadap larva nyamuk Culex sp. Konsentrasi larutan uji adalah 2000; 1000; 500; 250; 125; 62,5; dan 31,25 ppm. Kontrol positif menggunakan abate pada 100 ppm dan kontrol negatif menggunakan akuades. Ekstraksi dilakukan dengan cara maserasi sampel dalam pelarut metanol. Aktivitas larvasida dilakukan dengan menghitung jumlah larva nyamuk Culex sp. yang mati setelah perlakuan selama 12 jam dengan interval pengamatan setiap 2 jam. Aktivitas larvasida ekstrak daun A. muricata L. dalam mematikan serangga uji dihitung dengan menggunakan analisa probit untuk mendapatkan LC50 dan LT50 untuk 12 jam. Hasil analisa probit diperoleh LC50 dan LT50 ekstrak daun A. muricata L. sebesar 442,59 ppm dan 2 jam pada konsentrasi 2000 ppm  dengan tingkat mortalitas 5,47 %. Data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak metanol daun A. muricata L. aktif sebagai larvasida terhadap larva nyamuk Culex sp. &#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
&#13;
Activity of the methanol extract of leaves of Annona muricata L. against mosquito larvae of Culex sp. have been done. The concentration of the test solution is 2000; 1000; 500; 250; 125; 62,5; and 31,25 ppm. Positive control using abate at 100 ppm and negative controls using distilled water. Extraction is done by maceration of samples in methanol. Larvicidal activity carried out by counting the number of larvae of the mosquito Culex sp. who died after treatment for 12 hours at intervals of every 2 hours of observation. Larvicidal activity of the leaf extract of A. muricata L. the test insects deadly calculated using probit analysis to obtain LC50 and LT50 for 12 hours. Probit analysis results obtained LC50 and LT50 extract of leaves of A. muricata L. amounted to 442,59 ppm and 2 hours at a concentration of 2000 ppm with a level of 5,47% mortality. The data showed that the methanol extract of leaves of A. muricata L. active as larvicides against mosquito larvae of Culex sp.&#13;
