This study is aimed to examine the influence of third party funds, financing to deposit ratio, and non performing financing on financing and its impact on profitability. This research is a hypothesis testing research and data are collected through the financial statements from 2011 to 2015 each bank on the official webset. The population size is 57. The results showed that (1) third party funds, financing to deposit ratio, and non performing financing affect on financing, either simultaneously or partially of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia, (2) financing mediates the influence of third party funds, financing to deposit ratio, and non performing financing on profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia.
