Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan, kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai kontrak pada biro humas kantor gubernur aceh. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai negeri sipil dilingkungan Kantor Gubernur Aceh. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Probability sampling digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Metode analisis multiple linear regression analysis digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel-variabel yang terlibat.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
	This study aims to determine the effect of training, compensation, and discipline of work on the performance of contract employees in the public relations bureau of Aceh governor's office. The sample used in this research is civil servant of Aceh Governor Office. This research method using questionnaire as research instrument. Probability sampling is used as a sampling technique. Method of analysis of multiple linear regression analysis is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved.&#13;
