Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja karyawan Kantor&#13;
Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Malahayati. Penelitian ini menggunakan&#13;
variabel budaya kerja, motivasi kerja dan remunerasi untuk menganalisis&#13;
pengaruh kinerja karyawan tersebut. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menggunakan&#13;
variabel komitmen individual sebagai variabel mediating untuk menganalisis&#13;
pengaruh tingkat komitmen karyawan terhadap organisasi. Populasi dalam&#13;
penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas&#13;
Pelabuhan Malahayati yang berjumlah 88 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan&#13;
menggunakan metode kuisioner yaitu dengan memberikan daftar pertanyaan atau&#13;
kuisioner secara langsung kepada responden. Teknik analisis data dalam&#13;
penelitian ini menggunakan analisis PLS (Partial Least Square) yang&#13;
dioperasikan melalui program SMARTPLS 3,0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan&#13;
bahwa variabel budaya kerja,motivasi kerja dan remunerasi mempunyai pengaruh&#13;
terhadap komitmen individu, namun variabel budaya kerja, motivasi kerja dan&#13;
remunerasi tidak mempunyai pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan.&#13;
Kinerja dipengaruhi oleh komitmen individu. Hasil lain menunjukkan bahwa&#13;
variabel budaya kerja, motivasi kerja dan remunerasi berpengaruh tidak langsung&#13;
terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen individu. &#13;
&#13;

The purpose of this research is to analyze employee performance of The Fair of&#13;
The Office and Port Authority of Malahayati. This study uses work culture&#13;
variables, work motivation and remuneration to analyze the effect of employee&#13;
performances.Other than that, this study also uses individual commitment&#13;
variables as a mediating variable to analyze the effect of employee commitment&#13;
level on the organization. Population in this research is all employees of The&#13;
Office of The Fair and Port Authority of Malahayati which totalling to 88 peoples.&#13;
Data were collected by using questionnaire methods by giving questionnaire or&#13;
questionnaire directly to the respondents. Data analysis technique in this research&#13;
using analysis PLS (Partial Least Square), which operated through program&#13;
SMARTPLS 3.0. The results showed that the variables of work culture, work&#13;
motivation and remuneration have an influence on individual commitment, but the&#13;
variables of work culture, work motivation and remuneration have no direct effect&#13;
on employees performance. Performance is influenced by individual commitment.&#13;
Other results shows that the variables of work culture, work motivation and&#13;
remuneration have an indirect effect on employee performances through&#13;
individual commitment.&#13;
