PERANCANGAN MALLACCA PALM RESORT SABANG

Abstrak
Sabang merupakan sebuah kota yang terletak di Pulau Weh, Provinsi Aceh. Sabang adalah Kota
yang memiliki Taman Laut dengan spesies ikan dan biota laut terbanyak di dunia. Banyak wisatawan
Lokal dan mancanegara datang ke sabang untuk menikmati keindahan pantai Sabang. Destinasi wisata
di Sabang terdiri dari resort yang masih sangat sederhana. Resort di sabang tidak menyediakan fasilitas
yang memadai bagi wisatawan. Salah satu objek wisata yang ada di sabang yaitu Pantai Sumur Tiga.
Pantai Sumur Tiga berada di kecamatan Ie Meulee, Kecamatan Sukaja. Suasana pantai Sumur tiga ini
juga sangat indah, namun belum ada Hotel Resort yang menyediakan fasilitas lebih pada daerah
tersebut. Perencanaan dan perancangan Mallacca Palm Resort menjadi salah satu solusi. Mallacca
Palm Resort dirancang dengan konsep Relaxing Nature. Relaxing Nature yang berarti Bersantai
dengan Alam. Tujuan rancangan Mallacca Palm Resort ini sangat mempertimbangkan kondisi alam
yang berada di Sumur Tiga Sabang. Konsep Relaxing Nature mampu memberikan kesan yang sangat
berkesan untuk pengunjung yang datang. Implementasi dari konsep Relaxing Nature adalah perlakuan
yang mempertimbangkan kondisi eksisting yang menjadi potensi wisata. Kondisi tapak perancangan
yang berada di tepi pantai Sumur Tiga ini terdapat banyak pohon kelapa dan bebatuan keras. Pohon
kelapa yang ditebang akan diolah menjadi keperluan bahan baku untuk komponen bangunan.
Sedangkan bebatuan keras juga diolah menjadi bahan baku kebutuhan pembangunan hotel resort ini.
Pengunjung akan merasa relax dalam menjalani hari liburannya dengan menikmati material – material
bangunan yang diproduksi dari alam. Hal yang yang dipertimbangkan dalam merancang Mallacca
Palm resort dengan konsep Konsep Relaxing Nature berupaya menciptakan sebuah rancangan Hotel
Resort dengan komponen dihasilkan dari alam untuk membuat pengunjung merasa santai.

DESIGN OF MALLACCA PALM RESORT SABANG

Abstract

Sabang is a city located in Pulau Weh, Aceh Province. Sabang is a city that has a Marine Park with the
largest fish and marine species in the world. Many local and foreign tourists come to Sabang to enjoy
the beauty of Sabang beach. The tourist destination in Sabang consists of resorts that are still very
simple. Resort in Sabang does not provide adequate facilities for tourists. One of the attractions in
Sabang is Pantai Sumur Tiga. Pantai Sumur Tiga is located in Ie Meulee district, Sukaja District. The
atmosphere of Sumur three is also very beautiful, but there is no Hotel Resort that provides more
facilities in the area. Planning and design Mallacca Palm Resort to be one solution. Mallacca Palm
Resort is designed with the concept of Relaxing Nature. Relaxing Nature which means Relax with
Nature. The purpose of Mallacca Palm Resort design is to consider the natural conditions located in
the Well Sabang Three. The concept of Relaxing Nature can give a very memorable impression for
visitors who come. Implementation of the concept of Relaxing Nature is a treatment that takes into
account the existing conditions that become tourism potential. The condition of the design site located
on the shores of Sumur Tiga is there are many coconut trees and hard rocks. Coconut trees that are
felled will be processed into raw materials for building components. While hard rocks are also
processed into raw materials for the development needs of this resort hotel. Visitors will feel relaxed in
the course of their holidays by enjoying the building materials produced from nature. Things to
consider in designing Mallacca Palm resort concept with the concept of Relaxing Nature seeks to
create a Resort Hotel design with components produced from nature to make visitors feel relaxed.
