Perkembangan teknologi elektronika membawa dampak yang begitu besar dalam kehidupan manusia, antara lain dalam bidang mikrokontroler. Salah satu aplikasidarimikrokontroler yaitu perancangansebuah lampu panggung berbasis mikrokontroler ATMega16 dengan menggunakan LED RGB. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sebuah lampu panggung yang lebih efisien, sehat dan hemat energi dengan menggunakan LED. Metode penelitian inimenggunakan bahasa pemrograman C dan teknologi PWM yang tersedia dalam mikrokontroler. PWMatau Pulse Widht Modulation berfungsi mengatur sinyal digitalsehingga rangkaian lampu panggung ini mampu menghasilkan berbagai macam warna. &#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;

The development oftechnology inelectronics field brings a huge impact toward human life, among others is in the microcontrolers. One of applications of the microcontroller-based design of a footlight using microcontroller ATMega16 RGB LED. Purpose of this research is to design a more efficient footlight, healty and energy saving by using LED. This research used C programming language and PWM technology which available in the microcontroller PWM. PWM or Pulse Widht Modulation controls the digital signal so that the footlight circuits capable of producing a wide range of colors.&#13;
