 <note>ABSTRAK &#13;
Penelitian tentang uji aktivitas anti jamur ekstrak etil asetat kulit bawang putih&#13;
terhadap jamur Candida albicans telah dilakukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini&#13;
adalah untuk menentukan kandungan metabolit sekunder serta uji aktivitas ekstrak&#13;
etil asetat kulit bawang putih terhadap isolat klinis jamur Candida albicans.&#13;
Dalam penelitian ini, ekstraks etil asetat kulit bawang putih dilakukan&#13;
menggunakan metode maserasi. Sementara uji aktivitas antijamur dilakukan&#13;
dengan menggunakan metode difusi Kirby-Bauer. Hasil uji skrining fitokimia&#13;
menunjukkan bahwa ekstraks etil asetat kulit bawang putih mengandung&#13;
flavonoid dan saponin. Hasil uji aktivitas ekstrak etil asetat kulit bawang putih&#13;
menunjukkan tidak adanya aktivitas terhadap jamur candida albicans isolat klinis.&#13;

ABSTRACT &#13;
The antifungal activity of ethyl acetate garlic skin extract has been done. The aims&#13;
of this study are to determine of secondary metabolites and the antifungal activity&#13;
of ethyl acetate garlic skin extract towards clinical isolate of Candida albicans. In&#13;
this research, ethyl acetat garlic skin extract was performe by maceration&#13;
methode, while the antifungal activity of the extract was conducted by KirbyBauer&#13;
diffusion&#13;
method.&#13;
The&#13;
phytochemicals&#13;
screening&#13;
of&#13;
extract&#13;
showed&#13;
that&#13;
the&#13;
&#13;
extract&#13;
containing&#13;
flovonoid&#13;
and&#13;
saponin.&#13;
&#13;
The antifugal activity of the extract did&#13;
not show any activity against clinical isolate of Candida albicans. &#13;
