THE INFLUENCE OF INCENTIVES, INFORMATION SYSTEM USAGE AND IMPLEMENTATON OF INTERNAL CONTROL TO THE EMPLOYEE’S PERFORMANCE IN THE JASA RAHARJA COMPANY BRANCH OF ACEH By : Munawir Student Number : 110920070054 Supervisor : 1. Djalil, SE, M.B.A, Ak, CA ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the influence of incentives, information system usage, and internal control implementation to the employee’s performance in the Jasa Raharja Company Branch of Aceh. This research is hypothesis test research in which the data resource was collected by using questionnaire. The population comprised of 44 employees in the Jasa Raharja Company Branch of Aceh, consisting of Branch Head, Unit Head, Chief Representative, Person in Charge, and Staff . Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the research either simultaneously or partially support the hypothesis that the incentives, information system usage, and internal control implementation affect to the employee’s performance of the Jasa Raharja Company Branch of Aceh. Djalil, SE, M.B.A, Ak, CA ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pemberian insentif, penggunaan sistem informasi dan penerapan sistem pengendalian internal baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Jasa Raharja Cabang Aceh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengujian hipotesis dengan sumber data yang dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Populasi penelitian yaitu 44 orang yang terdiri dari Kepala Cabang, Kepala Unit, Kepala Perwakilan, Penanggung Jawab dan Staf di lingkungan PT. Jasa Raharja Cabang Aceh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian baik secara simultan maupun parsial mendukung hipotesis pemberian insentif, penggunaan sistem informasi dan penerapan sistem pengendalian internal berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT.
