ABSTRAK

Antrian merupakan suatu garis tunggu dari pelanggan yang memerlukan pelayanan dari sistem yang ada. Penggunaan waktu bongkar muat hasil tangkapan seefisien mungkin untuk mengurangi antrian dan penurunan mutu hasil tangkapan. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem antrian yang digunakan, menghitung lamanya waktu pembongkaran ikan terhadap efisiensi waktu tambat kapal purse seine dan mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Lampulo untuk jenis kapal purse seine. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan rumus baku antrian dari sistem jalur ganda satu tahapan dan analisis tingkat efisiensi waktu bongkar muat kapal purse seine. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model antrian yang terjadi di PPS Lampulo adalah (M/M/5) : (FCFS/I/I). Nilai dan waktu tunggu dalam antrian adalah 0 jam dan jumlah kapal yang mengantri tidak ada, sedangkan waktu tunggu dalam sistem adalah 1,3 jam, jumlah kapal yang berada dalam sistem 1 kapal dan tingkat efisiensi waktu bongkar sekitar 85,34% - 92,14% dengan efisiensi bongkar muat rata-rata 88,08%. Ada lima variabel bebas yang mempengaruhi efisiensi waktu bongkar muat dengan nilai r = 0,968 dan R2 = 96,8%. Dengan demikian perbedaan variabel bebas memberikan konstribusi terhadap perbedaan efisiensi waktu sebesar 96,8%.

ABSTRACT

The queue is a line of waiting customers who require the service of existing systems. The use of time loading and unloading the catch as efficiently as possible to reduce queues and a decrease in the quality of the catch. This research was conducted aiming to find out the system queues that are used, to calculate the length of time a fish against the demolition of the docking ship time efficiency of purse seine and examines the factors which affected it in Lampulo Ocean fishing port for this type of vessel purse seine. The analysis is done using the raw queue formula of double line system one stage and analysis of the level of efficiency of time loading and unloading vessels purse seine. The results showed that the model queue that occurs in Lampulo PPS is (M/M/5): (FCFS/I/I). Value and the waiting time in the queue is 0 hours and number of ships waiting in line does not exist, whereas the waiting time in the system is 1.3, the number of ships that were in the system 1 the ship and the level of efficiency of the loading time of approximately 85.34%-92.14% with loading and unloading efficiency on average 88.08%. There are five free variables that affect the efficiency of loading and unloading time with a value of r = 0.968 and R2 = 96.8%. Thus the difference free variable gives a contribution to the difference of time efficiency of 96.8%.
