 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh empowering leadership terhadap creativity self efficacy dengan employee creativity sebagai variabel mediasi di PT Telkom Wilayah Aceh. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT Telkom Aceh. yang sudah bekerja selama 2 tahun lebih. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Sensus digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel mengingat jumlah populasi karyawan yang bekerja pada PT Telkom kurang dari 100 orang. Sebanyak 90 kuesioner yang didistribusikan dan semuanya dapat digunakan. Metode analisis data menggunakan Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen serta variabel mediasu.&#13;
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa empowering leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap creativity self efficacy karyawan di PT Telkom Wilayah Aceh. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa empowering leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap creativity self efficacy yang di mediasi oleh employee creativity karyawan di PT Telkom Wilayah Aceh.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
This study aims to determine the effect of empowering leadership on employee creativity with creativity self efficacy as a mediating variable in PT Telkom of Aceh. The sample used in this study were employees of PT Telkom Aceh. who has worked for two years more. This research method using questionnaire as a research instrument. Census is used as a sampling technique considering the total population of employees working at PT Telkom less than 100 people. A total of 90 questionnaires were distributed, and all can be used. Methods of data analysis using Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) is used to test the effect of independent variables and the dependent variable mediasu.&#13;
&#13;
The results of this study showed that empowering leadership positive effect on self-efficacy creativity of employees at PT Telkom of Aceh. This study also shows that empowering leadership has positive influence on creativity self efficacy mediated by employee creativity of employees at PT Telkom of Aceh.&#13;
