 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
	Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Kuesioner yang berhasil dianalisis sebanyak 148 kuesioner. Probability sampling digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode stratified random sampling. Regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen lingkungan profesional yang nyaman, penilaian dan pengalaman belajar mahasiswa, lingkungan ruang kelas, biaya pendidikan dan buku teks, fasilitas pendukung mahasiswa, hubungan dengan staf, kualitas mengajar dan pertolongan staf berpengaruh signifikan (sig &lt; 0,05) terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
	This research aims to ascertain the impact of service quality toward student satisfaction. The sample used in this study are the students at Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh. The used research method utilized questionnaires as the research instrument. The amount of questionnaires that had been analyzed were 148 questionnaires. Probability sampling is used as a sampling technique with stratified random sampling method. Multiple linear regression was also used as analysis method to ascertain the impacts from involved variables. The results showed that the independent variables professional comfortable environment, student assessments and learning experiences, classroom environment, tuition fees and textbook, student support facilities, relationship with teaching staff, teaching quality, and staff helpfulness eshow significant influence (sig &lt; 0.05) on student satisfaction at Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh.&#13;
