This study is aimed at describing the implementation process of TOEFL Preparation Program at Language Center of Syiah Kuala University. The subjects were 3 instructors and 20 students of TOEFL Preparation Program Language Center of Syiah Kuala University. The data were collected through interview, observation, and questionnaire which were analyzed by using the percentage formula. The result showed that the methodology used by the instructors in teaching test-taking technique was teacher-centered learning, and the language of instruction used was Bahasa Indonesia. There was no specific course outline or syllabus in teaching the materials, but the institution provided a module so that the instructors used it as the guide in teaching the materials. The class was not grouped based on the students’ TOEFL score, so that the materials used was not differentiated by the level of the students’ English ability. The program was held within 8 days in 60 hours which consisted of 30 meetings.
