Kepuasan pasien adalah suatu tingkat perasaan pasien yang timbul sebagai akibat dari kinerja layanan kesehatan yang diperolehnya setelah pasien membandingkannya dengan apa yang diharapkannya. Kepuasan pasien merupakan salah satu indikator yang sangat penting dalam mengevaluasi mutu pelayanan suatu rumah sakit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien pada pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut di RSUD Meuraxa Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Pengambilan subjek menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pembagian kuisioner kepada subjek penelitian yang telah diberi informed consent. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 52,1% subjek merasakan puas terhadap pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut di RSUD Meuraxa Banda Aceh&#13;

Title	:	Description of the Level of Patient’s Satisfactory in Oral and Dental Health in the Meuraxa Hospital Meuraxa Banda Aceh&#13;

Patient satisfaction is a level of patient’s feeling that can arise as the result of performance of health service that acquired after the patient comparing it with their expectation. Patient satisfaction is one of the most important indicators in evaluating the quality service in a hospital. The purpose of this research is to identify the level of patients’ satisfaction in oral and dental health service in RSUD Meuraxa Banda Aceh. The type of this research is descriptive research. The participants in this study were taken by using simple random sampling. The data collection procedure was carried out by distributing the questionnaire to the participants that had been given the informed consent. The result showed that 52.1% subjects felt satisfied with the oral and dental health service in RSUD Meuraxa Banda Aceh.&#13;
