ABSTRACT&#13;
&#13;
&#13;
	This study aimed to examine the effect of general allocation funds, a special allocation of funds, the local revenue either together or partially to the field of health outcomes to public expenditure in the health sector as a moderating. Samples in this study are all the district / city in Indonesia, a total sample of 225 district / Cities in Indonesia. This study secondary uses of data, secondary data is used is the local government budget realization reports and the data in the form of health outcomes in maternal mortality and the number of infant mortality in Indonesia. The analytical method used in this research is path analysis. The results of this study indicate the general allocation fund, a special allocation of funds, the local revenue, and public expenditure in health sector either together or partially positive and significant impact on the outcomes of health. Thus, all the results of this analysis support the hypothesis.&#13;

ABSTRAK&#13;

	Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK), Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) baik secara bersama-sama ataupun parsial terhadap outcomes bidang kesehatan dengan belanja daerah sektor kesehatan sebagai pemediasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemerintah kabupaten/kota di Indonesia, total sampel sebanyak 225 pemerintah kabupaten/kota di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder, data sekunder yang digunakan adalah laporan realisasi APBD pemerintah daerah dan data outcomes bidang kesehatan berupa jumlah Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan jumlah Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) di Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dana alokasi umum, dana alokasi khusus, pendapatan asli daerah baik, dan belanja daerah sektor kesehatan secara bersama-sama ataupun parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap outcomes bidang kesehatan. Dengan demikian, seluruh hasil penelitian ini mendukung hipotesis yang diajukan.&#13;
