PENGARUH SISA LEBIH PERHITUNGAN ANGGARAN, PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH, DANA BAGI HASIL DAN LUAS WILAYAH TERHADAP BELANJA MODAL (Studi Pada Kabupaten/Kota Di Provinsi Aceh). Dr. Syukriy Abdullah, SE, M.Si, Ak ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh Sisa Lebih Perhitungan Anggaran, Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Bagi Hasil dan Luas Wilayah terhadap Belanja Modal daerah; (2) Pengaruh Sisa Lebih Perhitungan Anggaran terhadap belanja modal daerah; (3) pengaruh dana bagi hasil terhadap belanja modal daerah; dan (4) pengaruh luas wilayah terhadap belanja modal daerah. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan sampel yang diperoleh berjumlah 10 kabupaten/kota yang telah memiliki data realisasi Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD) periode 2012-2014. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sisa Lebih Perhitungan Anggaran, Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Bagi Hasil dan Luas Wilayah secara simultan (F) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap belanja modal. Namun hasil pengujian secara parsial (t) menunjukkan, Sisa lebih perhitungan anggaran tidak berpengaruh terhadap belanja modal, sedangkan pendapatan asli daerah, dana bagi hasil dan luas wilayah berpengaruh terhadap belanja modal pada kabupaten/kota di provinsi aceh. Dr. Syukriy Abdullah, SE, M.Si, Ak ABSTRACT This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of the remaining budget, local revenue, revenue sharing, and Territory Size area of the Capital Expenditure; (2) The effect of the remaining budget to capital expenditure areas; (3) the effect of revenue-sharing to local capital expenditures; and (4) the impact area of the capital spending area. The sample selection using purposive sampling, with samples obtained amounted to 10 districts/ cities that already have the data of the Regional Budget (APBD) 2012-2014. The results showed that the remaining budget,local revenue, revenue sharing and simultaneously Province Area (F) a significant effect on capital spending. But the results of the partial test (t) indicates, remaining excess budget does not affect the calculation of capital expenditures, while local revenue, revenue-sharing and area of effect on capital expenditure in regencies/cities in Aceh province.
