 <note>Teaching students with learning disability is a challenge. The use of best techniques and media during teaching and learning process are extremely needed.  This study aims to review the effective techniques and media which used in teaching English to students with learning disability. This study applied descriptive design by collecting some information from various types of reading sources in the library collection without doing field research. This study presents some theories about techniques and media that efficient and useful in teaching students with learning disability, and types of learning disability students. Moreover, the result of this study shows that the effective techniques in teaching students with learning disability are discovery techniques, multi-sensory techniques, and metacognition. The effective media are realia, pictures, and computer-based presentations technology. In conclusion, using both of those techniques and media are recommended in teaching English to students with learning disability.</note>
