Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) merupakan gumpalan darah (trombus) yang terbentuk pada vena didalam tubuh yang memungkinkan terjadinya gangguan sirkulasi dan memblokir aliran darah ke paru-paru serta dapat menyebabkan kerusakan permanen pada katup pembuluh darah. Kejadian DVT banyak ditemukan pada pasien pasca operasi tanpa profilaksis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian rivaroxaban terhadap penurunan insidensi DVT pasca operasi Total Knee Replacement (TKR) di RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian Observational Analitic dengan desain penelitian Cohort prospektif. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode accidental sampling didapatkan total 33 sampel. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebanyak 19 sample (57,6%) menjalani tindakan operasi TKR menggunakan Rivaroxaban sebagai antikoagulan sedangkan sebanyak 14 sample (42,4%) tidak menggunakan antikoagulan. Berdasarkan Odds Ratio, sampel yang tidak menggunakan antikoagulan lebih besar risiko mengalami DVT 2,505 kali lipat dibandingkan dengan sampel dengan rivaroxaban. Hasil pemeriksaan USG Doppler menunjukkan bahwa angka kejadian DVT pasca operasi TKR dengan rivaroxaban adalah sebanyak 6,06%, sedangkan tanpa rivaroxaban sebanyak 27,27% dengan p-value=0,001. Kesimpulan, terdapat pengaruh pemberian rivaroxaban terhadap penurunan insidensi Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) pasca operasi Total Knee Replacement (TKR) di RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh.

Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) is a blood clot (thrombus) that forms on the veins in the body that can cause the circulation disturbance and block the blood flow to the lungs and can cause permanent damage to the vein valves. The incidence of DVT commonly found in post-operative patients without prophylaxis. This study aimed to determine the effect of rivaroxaban towards the decrease of DVT incidence of Total Knee Replacement (TKR) post-operative in dr. ZainoelAbidin Banda Aceh Hospital. Analytic Observational studies method with Cohort prospective designs study. The sampling method with accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using Chi Square. From the total of 33 samples, the result showed as many as 19 samples (57.6%) undergoing TKR surgery which use Rivaroxaban an anticoagulant while as many as 14 samples (42.4%) did not use anticoagulants. Based Odds Ratio, the samples which not using anticoagulant have greater risk of having DVT 2,505 times compared with samples using rivaroxaban. Doppler ultrasound examination results showed that the DVT incidence of TKR post-operative towards rivaroxaban is as much as 6.06%, while without rivaroxaban as much as 27.27% with a p-value = 0.001. In conclusion, there is effect of rivaroxaban towards the decrease of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) incidence of Total Knee Replacement (TKR) post-operative in dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh Hospital.
