ABSTRAK
Perilaku agresif adalah perilaku yang dijalankan oleh individu dengan maksud melukai atau mencelakakan individu lain dengan atau tanpa tujuan tertentu. Pasien dengan gangguan kejiwaan dapat bertindak agresif. Perawat adalah orang yang sering ditargetkan dan dilibatkan dalam peristiwa perilaku agresif. Hal ini tidak menutup kemungkinan untuk terjadi stres pada perawat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perilaku agresif pasien dengan stres perawat di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain cross sectional, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan responden berjumlah 111 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perawat yang pernah mendapatkan perilaku agresif dari pasien adalah berjumlah 88 orang (79,3%) dan yang tidak pernah mendapatkan perilaku agresif dari pasien berjumlah 23 orang (20,7%). Perawat yang mengalami stres ringan sebanyak 56 orang (50,5%), stres sedang 22 orang (19,8%) dan yang tidak stres berjumlah 33 orang (29,7%). Berdasarkan hasil tabulasi silang didapatkan bahwa perawat yang pernah mengalami perilaku agresif dari pasien berjumlah 88 orang. Dari 88 perawat yang pernah mengalami perilaku agresif, 48,9% mengalami stres ringan. Sedangkan perawat yang dikategorikan tidak pernah mengalami perilaku agresif dari pasien, 56,5% juga mengalami stres ringan. Hasil uji statistik Chi Square pada interval kepercayaan 95% dengan nilai ? = 0,05 menunjukkan p value 0,020 sehingga hipotesis penelitian diterima yang berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara perilaku agresif pasien dengan stres perawat di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Aceh.

ABSTRACT
Aggressive behavior is a behavior that is carried out by individuals with the intent to hurt or harm another person with or without a specific purpose. Patients with psychiatric disorders can act aggressively. Nurses are often targeted and deal with aggressive behavior so that occurring stress on nurses is possible. The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the aggressive behavior of patients and stress of nurses in Aceh Mental Hospital. This study is an observational analytic research with cross sectional design. The researcher collected 111 nurses as samples by using probability sampling technique. Results showed that there were 88 (79.3%) nurses who had dealt with the aggressive behavior of the patient and 23 nurses (20.7%) who had never dealt with the aggressive behavior of the patients. There were 56 (50.5%) nurses experiencing mild stress, 22 (19.8%) nurses experiencing stress and 33 nurses (29.7%) not experiencing stress. Based on the results of cross-tabulation, 88 nurses had dealt with the aggressive behavior of patients. Of the 88 nurses who had dealt with aggressive behavior, 48.9% of them experienced mild stress. Meanwhile, the nurses are categorized as never dealt with the aggressive behavior of patients, 56.5% of them also experienced mild stress. The results of the Chi-Square statistical test at the 95% confidence interval with a ?-value of 0.05 indicated p-value = 0,020 so that the research hypothesis was accepted which meant that there was a significant relationship between aggressive behavior in patients with the stress of nurses in Aceh Mental Hospital.
