 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
Neutrofil merupakan salah satu sel leukosit yang berperan dalam respon&#13;
inflamasi lini pertama saat terjadi kerusakan jaringan maupun infeksi. Luka&#13;
memar merupakan ekstravasasi darah ke jaringan akibat dari trauma tumpul.&#13;
Darah yang lepas ke jaringan memicu terjadinya respon inflamasi yang salah satu&#13;
tandanya adalah muncul neutrofil yang berfungsi memfagositosis sisa-sisa sel&#13;
yang nekrosis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat apakah terdapat hubungan&#13;
jumlah neutrofil dengan umur luka memar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian&#13;
eksperimental dengan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang dilakukan pada bulan&#13;
April 2016 sampai Desember 2016 di Laboratorium klinik dan Laboratorium&#13;
hewan coba Fakultas Kedokteran Hewan Unsyiah. Analisis yang dilakukan&#13;
menggunakan uji Parametrik Regresi Kuadratik. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah&#13;
24 ekor mencit Strain Balb-C yang dibagi menjadi 6 kelompok, yaitu kelompok&#13;
kontrol, Jam-1, Jam-3, Jam-8, Jam-24, Jam-72. Hasil dari penelitian ini&#13;
didapatkan peningkatan jumlah neutrofil tertinggi pada kelompok jam-8 (68.75%)&#13;
dan jumlah neutrofil terendah pada kelompok kontrol (24.75%), berdasarkan hasil&#13;
uji analisis regresi kuadratik terdapat hubungan antara jumlah neutrofil dengan&#13;
umur luka memar pada mencit (p=0,002). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah&#13;
terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara jumlah neutrofil dengan umur luka&#13;
memar pada mencit.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
Neutrophil is one of leukocyte cell which is the first line agent that&#13;
responsible in inflamation respond when tissue demages or infections occured.&#13;
Bruise is blood extravatation to tissue because of blunt trauma. The blood that&#13;
migrate to tissue trigger inflamation responds which the sign is neutrophil coming&#13;
for phagocytising necrotic cells. The purpose of this research was to observe, was&#13;
there any corelation between neutrophil amount with bruising time. This research&#13;
was experimental research with completely rondomized design that have been&#13;
conducted from April 2016 until December 2016 at Clinic and Experimental&#13;
animals Laboratory of Unsyiah Veterinary Faculty. The Analysis test was done by&#13;
Quadratic Regression Parametrict Test. The sum of sample for this research was&#13;
24 Strain Balb-C mice that were devided by 6 groups, there were, control group,&#13;
1st hour,3thhour, 8thhour, 24thhour,72thhour group. The result found that the&#13;
highest neutrophil amount was at 8th group (68.75%) and the lowest neutrophil&#13;
amount was at control group (24.75%), based on the result from quadratic&#13;
regression test there was corelation between neutrophil amount and bruising time&#13;
in mice (p=0.002). The conclusion of this research, there is significant corelation&#13;
between neutrophil amount with bruising time in mice.&#13;
