Sirojuzilam, SE ; Dr. Aliasuddin, M.Si Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji adanya ketergantungan spasial dan menganalisis pengaruh determinan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan spillover pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kabupaten/kota di Pulau Sumatera. Penelitian ini mempergunakan model analisis kuantitatif Moran’s I Global dan Local Indicators of Spatial Association (LISA), Spatial Autoregressive Model (SAR) dan Spatial Error Model (SEM) dengan matrik pembobot enam dan delapan daerah tetangga terdekat. Determinan pertumbuhan ekonomi dijelaskan oleh faktor tenaga kerja, modal manusia, catch-up technology, market potential, kontribusi sektor pertanian, sektor industri dan sektor jasa. Data yang digunakan adalah rata-rata geometri dari tahun 2010-2015 yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Berdasarkan analisis Moran’s I, ketergantungan spasial pertumbuhan ekonomi antarkabupaten/kota signifikan terjadi di Pulau Sumatera. Berdasarkan model SAR dan SEM disimpulkan bahwa spillover pertumbuhan ekonomi, tenaga kerja, kontribusi sektor pertanian, sektor jasa dan market potential berpengaruh positif dan signifikan; kontribusi sektor industri berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan; sedangkan modal manusia dan catch-up technology berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu kabupaten/kota di Pulau Sumatera Kata Kunci: Ketergantungan spasial, spillover pertumbuhan ekonomi, tenaga kerja, kontribusi sektor pertanian, sektor jasa, market potential, modal manusia, catch-up technology, Moran’s I, LISA, SAR, SEM ? Sirojuzilam, SE ; Dr. Aliasuddin, M.Si This study aims to examine the spatial dependency of economic growth and analyze the influence of spillover and determinants of economic growth on the economic growth of districts/cities in the island of Sumatra. The study used quantitative analysis model Moran's I Global and Local Indicators of Spatial Association (LISA), Spatial Autoregressive Model (SAR) and Spatial Error Model (SEM) with a weighted matrix of six and eight nearest neighboring areas. Determinants of economic growth is explained by factors of labor, human capital, catch-up technology, market potential, the contribution of the agricultural sector, industrial sector and the service sector. The data used is the geometry mean of 2010-2015 periode sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Based on analysis of Moran's I, the spatial dependence of economic growth between districts/cities significant occurred on the island of Sumatra. Based on the SAR and SEM models concluded that the spillover of economic growth, labor, the contribution of agricultural sector, service sector and the market potential have significant and positive effect; the contribution of manufactural sector has positive effect but not significant; while human capital, catch-up technology and contribution of manufacture sector have significant and negative effect on the economic growth of districts/cities in Island of Sumatra.
