Research on Milk Quality Of Peranakan Etawah Goats Feed Groun Mangousteen Rind (Garcinia Mangostana L) As Feed Additives has been conducted at UD. Atjeh Livestock Farm, Laboratory of Animal Production Technology Dairy, Milk Processing Laboratory Science, Laboratory of Forage, Syiah Kuala University Department of Animal Husbandry and Food Analysis Laboratory, Department of Agricultural Products Technology, University of Syiah Kuala from the date of March 18, 2016 - May 18, 2016. The aim of this study was to determine the quality of goat milk powder Peranakan Etawah given mangosteen peel (Garcinia mangotana L) as Feed Additives. This study consisted of 4 treatments. Each treatment consists of treatment A (control diet without ground mangosteen rind ), treatment B (feed with ground mangosteen rind addition 2.5%), treatment C (feed with the addition of ground mangosteen rind 5%), treatment D (feed with Extra ground mangosteen rind 7.5%). This study uses a Randomized Block Design (RBD). Data were obtained from analyzes using ANOVA (Analysis of Variance). Parameters measured were: content of crude protein, dry matter, and milk antioxidant levels. The results showed significant differences (p 0.05) on dry matter and antioxidant contents.
