Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja, pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap keadilan interaksional, pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap keadilan distributif, pengaruh keadilan interaksioanal terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja, pengaruh keadilan distibutif terhadap kualitas kehidupan   kerja,   pengaruh   kepemimpinan   trasformasional   terhadap   kualitas kehidupan kerja dimediasi oleh keadilan interaksional dan pengaruh kepemimpinan trasformasional terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja dimediasi oleh keadilan distributif. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan pada RSUD Zainoel Abidin kota Banda Aceh. Objek penelitian adalah kepemimpinan transformasional, kualitas kehidupan kerja, keadilan interaksional dan keadilan distributif. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 145 orang perawat dengan peralatan analisis data Moderate Regression Analysis) atau sering disebut juga Moderate Hierarchical Regression Analysis (Baron &amp; Kenny,&#13;
1986). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kualitas  kehidupan kerja perawat pada RSUD Zainoel Abidin kota Banda Aceh, Kepemimpinan transformasional mempunyai pegnaruh terhadap keadilan interaksional pada perawat RSUD Zainoel Abidin kota Banda Aceh, Hasil penelitian   juga   menunjukkan   bahwa   kepemimpinan   transformasional   terhadap keadilan distributif pada perawat RSUD Zainoel Abidin kota Banda Aceh, hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa keadilan interaksioanal berpengaruh terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja perawat RSUD Zainoel Abidin kota Banda Aceh, hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa  keadilan distributif berpengaruh terhadap  kualitas  kehidupan kerja perawat RSUD Zainoel Abidin kota Banda Aceh, hasil penelitian juga membuktikan   bahwa kepemimpinan trasformasional berpengaruh terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja yang dimediasi oleh keadilan interaksional dan kepemimpinan trasformasional juga mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja yang dimediasi oleh keadilan distributif.&#13;

The research objective was to determine the effect of transformational leadership on the quality of work life, the effect of transformational leadership to justice  interactional,  the  influence  of  transformational  leadership  on  distributive justice, influence justice interaksioanal on the quality of work life, the influence of justice distributional on the quality of work life, the influence of leadership trasformasional  on  the quality of work  life mediated  by interactional  justice and trasformasional leadership influence on the quality of working life is mediated by distributive justice. The research location is on Zainoel Abidin Hospital in Banda Aceh. The object of research is transformational leadership, quality of work life, interactional fairness and distributive justice. Respondents in this study were 145 nurses with data analysis tools Moderate Regression Analysis) or often called the Moderate Hierarchical Regression Analysis (Baron &amp; Kenny, 1986). Research shows that transformational leadership affects the quality of work life of nurses in hospitals Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh, transformational leadership has pegnaruh to justice interactional nurses the hospital Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh, results also showed that transformational leadership on distributive justice in nurses hospitals Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh, studies show that justice interaksioanal affect the quality of work life of nurses hospitals Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh, studies show that the distributive justice affects the quality of work life of nurses hospitals Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh, the results also prove that the leadership trasformasional affects the quality of work life mediated  by  interactional  justice  and  leadership  trasformasional  also  have  an influence on the quality of working life mediated by distributive justice.&#13;
