DETEKSI BAKTERI PSEUDOMONAS AERUGINOSA PADA LUKA KUDA (EQUUS CABALUS) DI KECAMATAN PEGASING, ACEH TENGAH ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeteksi bakteri Pseudomonas aeruginosa pada luka kuda. Sampel di swab dari 3 ekor kuda jantan dan 2 ekor kuda betina yang terluka pada bagian kaki di Kecamatan Pegasing Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Swab luka kuda dicelupkan ke dalam tabung reaksi yang berisi Nutrient Broth (NB). Bakteri Pseudomonas aeruginosa dideteksi pada media Tryticase Soya Agar (TSA) dan Nurtrient Agar (NA). Hasil menunjukan bahwa kultur swab luka kuda yang dibiakkan pada kedua media tidak mengandung bakteri Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa bakteri Pseudomonas aeruginosa tidak terdeteksi dari luka kuda yang berasal dari Kecamatan Pegasing, Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Detection Of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa In Wounds Of Horses (Equus Caballus) In Pegasing, Aceh Tengah ABSTRACT This research aims to detection the Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria on wounds of horse in Pegasing Aceh Tengah District. Sample in a swab of 3 the tail male horse and 2 tail females horse. Swab wounds a horse in dip into test tube containing Nutrient Broth (NB). Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria detection in Tryticase Soya Agar (TSA) and Nurtrient Agar (NA) media. Colony which grew on the media were tested Gram staining, The results showed that the swab horse wounds culture on both of that media were not found Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria.
