Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh kompetensi, kompensasi, dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta dampaknya pada kinerja PT. PLN (Persero) Banda Aceh. Responden merupakan karyawan perusahaan yang berjumlah 132 orang. Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisa jalur melalui program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi adalah faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, baik secara langsung maupun melalui kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan perusahaan agar lebih bijaksana dalam membuat kebijakan terkait kompensasi. Hal ini perlu dilakukan untuk menghindari rasa ketidakpuasan karyawan yang akan berpengaruh pada menurunnya kinerja.&#13;

This study aims to examine how the influence of competencies, compensation and leadership style on the employee performance and its impact on the performance of PT. PLN (Persero) Banda Aceh. Respondents are employees of the company amounted to 132 people. Path analysis using the SPSS software was used to analyse the data. The results showed that the variable compensation is the most dominant factor affected the performance of the company, either directly or through the employee's performance. Therefore, the company is expected to be more prudent in making policies related to compensation. This needs to be done to avoid the dissatisfaction of employees that will affect the performance decline.&#13;
