ABSTRAK Kehamilan yang dialami oleh setiap wanita pasti akan menimbulkan permasalahan baik secara fisik maupun psikologis. Permasalahan fisik pada ibu hamil antara lain ibu merasa letih, lesu, lemas, dan kehilangan nafsu makan. Kondisi psikologis ibu hamil dapat merasa cemas dan takut akan hal-hal yang mungkin akan terjadi, baik pada dirinya maupun pada bayinya. Persiapan psikologis sangat dibutuhkan oleh ibu yang melahirkan. Bantuan dari orang-orang terdekat adalah utama, demikian juga tenaga kesehatan yang menanganinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tindakan sectio ceasarea dengan tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil di BLUD rumah sakit dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan desain cross sectional study yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 02 Desember 2015 s/d 15 Januari 2016. Selama peneliti berlangsung didapatkan sebanyak 70 responden tingkat kecemasan dari responden adalah ringan sebanyak 11 (15,7%), sedang sebanyak 44 responden (62,9%), dan berat 15 responden (21,4%). Secara umum hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan tindakan sectio ceasarea dengan tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil di BLUD rumah sakit dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh, dimana didapat bahwa nilai p-value 0,987>0.05, tidak ada hubungan tindakan persalinan normal dengan tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil di BLUD rumah sakit dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh, dimana didapat bahwa nilai p-value 0,493>0.05. Kata Kunci : Tindakan Sektio Ceasarea, Tingkat Kecemasan ABSTRACT Pregnancy experienced by every woman is bound to cause problems both physically and psychologically. These physical problems in pregnant women, among others mothers feel tired, lethargic, fatigue, and loss of appetite. Psychological conditions of pregnant women may feel anxious and afraid of things that might happen, either on themselves or their babies. Psychological preparation is needed by mothers giving birth. Help from people nearby is a major, as well as health workers who handle it. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between action sectio ceasarea with the level of anxiety in pregnant women at the hospital BLUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. This research is descriptive analytic cross sectional study design was held on 2 December 2015 to 15 January 2016. During the ongoing researchers found as many as 70 respondents anxiety level of the respondents is lighter by 11 (15.7%), while as many as 44 respondents (62.9%), and a weight of 15 respondents (21.4%). In general, the results showed that there was no relationship sectio action ceasarea with the level of anxiety in pregnant women at the hospital BLUD dr.
