 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
	Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi pada Pante Pirak swalayan Banda Aceh. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Pante Pirak dan yang menjadi sample dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 orang (purposive sampling). Model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Berdasarkan hasil analisis path ditemukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli melalui kepuasan pelanggan.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
This research conducted to investigate the effect of service quality on customer purchase intention and customer satisfaction as a mediatin variable in Pante Pirak supermarket Banda Aceh. Respondents in this reasearch is customer Pante Pirak and which be the sample in this study were 100 people (purposive sampling). The analysis model used in this reaserch is path analysis. Based on the analysis path results found that service quality positively affect to purchase intention, service quality positively affect to customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction positively to purchase intention, service quality positively affect to purchase intention through customer satisfaction.&#13;
