This study aimed to analyze the effect of training on turnover intentions with affective commitment as a mediating variable in the Private National Bank employees in Banda Aceh. The population in this study were employees at 3 Private National Bank in Banda Aceh taken as 82 respondents, which is sampling carried out as a respondent used in the form of the census, which makes the entire population of employees as respondents. Analytical equipment used is HLM (Hierarchical Linear Modeling). And the results of this study indicate that training has a negative and significant effect on turnover intentions, training has a positive and significant effect on affective commitment, affective commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intentions and affective commitment mediate perfect effect of training on turnover intentions at the Private National Bank in Banda Aceh. &#13;

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan terhadap intensi turnover dengan komitmen afektif sebagai variabel pemediasi pada karyawan Bank Swasta Nasional di Banda Aceh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada 3 Bank Swasta Nasional di Banda Aceh sebanyak 82  responden, dimana penarikan sampel yang dijadikan responden dilakukan dalam bentuk sensus, yaitu menjadikan&#13;
seluruh populasi karyawan sebagai responden. Peralatan analisis yang digunakan adalah HLM (Hierarchical Linear Modelling). Dan hasil penelitian ini  menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan  berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap intensi turnover, pelatihan  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif, komitmen afektif berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap intensi turnover dan komitmen afektif memediasi secara sempurna (perfect mediation) pengaruh pelatihan terhadap intensi turnover pada Bank Swasta Nasional di Banda Aceh. &#13;
