Dr. Asmawati, M.Si ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah bantuan sosial dan dana hibah, jumlah pinjaman dana operasional melaut dari toke bangku dan pengalaman kerja nelayan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat nelayan di Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dan uji beda. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa baik pengujian secara simultan maupun secara parsial, dimana semua variabel bebas yaitu jumlah bantuan sosial dan dana hibah, jumlah pinjaman operasional melaut dari toke bangku dan pengalaman kerja nelayan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap pendapatan masyarakat nelayan. Ketiga variabel tersebut dapat menjelaskan peningkatan pendapatan nelayan sebesar 75,5 persen dan sisanya sebesar 24,5 persen dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Uji beda menunjukkan bahwa penghasilan nelayan yang menggunakan modal operasional yang berasal bantuan sosial dan dana hibah jauh lebih baik dari pada nelayan yang menggunakan modal operasional dari pinjaman toke bangku. Berdasarkan penelitian ini maka Pemerintah Aceh harus menambah jumlah dana dan jumlah penerima manfaat dari bantuan sosial dan dana hibah agar dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat nelayan di Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Kata Kunci: Bantuan Sosial, Dana Hibah, Toke Bangku, Pengalaman Kerja dan Pendapatan Nelayan The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the number of social assistance and grants, amount of the operational fund loans from private financiers to sea and fishermen work experience toward an increase in people’s income of fishermen in the District of Pidie Jaya. Model analysis of linear regression is used multiple and different trials. The result of the estimation indicates that both test simultaneously as well as partially free variables, where all that is the amount of social assistance and grants, amount of the operational fund loans from private financiers to sea and fishermen work experience significant and positive impact on the income of fishing communities. The third of these variables could explain the increase in the income of the fishermen of 75.5 percent and the rest of 24.5 percent can be explained by other variables that are not included in this study. The results using different test showed that the income of fishermen using operating capital from social assistance and grants is much better than the fishermen who use the operating capital loan from private financiers. Based on this research, the Government of Aceh should increase the amount of funding and beneficiaries of social assistance and grants in order to increase the income of fishing communities in the District of Pidie Jaya.
