 <note>ABSTRACT&#13;
This research aims to know the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic rewards award against job satisfaction with the perception of the support organization. as mediation variables. The sample used in this study were employees of PT JasaRaharja (Persero) Cabang Aceh. This research method using the questionnaire as an instrument of research. Saturated sample is used as a sampling technique. Method of analysis of Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) is used as a method of analysis to find out the influence of the variables involved. The results of this study suggest that intrinsic reward significant negative effect towards job satisfaction. Extrinsic rewards positive towards job satisfaction. In addition to that obtained with the result that the preceived organitional support mediate the extrinsic rewards in partial against the job satisfaction and the preceived organitional support mediated in partial award of against the influence of job satisfaction.&#13;
