 <note>Abstract&#13;
This study aims atimproving the understanding of concepts and enhance activeness studying biology of students in the lesson topicof World of Plantsthrough the application of misconception-based student worksheets (LKPD). The population in this study was all students of class X as many as 90 students. The concept was tested by 4 sub concepts. The method used is  descriptive research method. The instrument used in this study a test CRI (Certainty of Response Index). The results of the research showed a reduction in misconceptions and an increase in activeness of the students after application of misconception-based student worksheets (LKPD). The average reduction in misconceptions sub concepts common characteristics Plantae was 11.6%, sub concept Characteristics Bryophyta, Pteridophyta and Spermatophyta misconceptions average reduction is 14.9%, sub concept metagenesis Bryophyta and Pteridophyta misconceptions average reduction is 15.4% and sub-concepts Spermatophyta proliferation misconceptions average reduction is 15.4%. Students' learning activeness also increase on every meeting. The average students' learning activeness on meeting 1 is 55.3%. Based on scoring criteria for students’ activenessit was categorized into quite active category. The average students' learning activeness on meeting 2, 3 and 4 respectively are 62.3%, 68.9% and 74.6%. Based on scoring criteria for students’ activeness it was categorized into the active category. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of student worksheets can can reduce misconceptions and improve students' understanding of concepts on the material of world of plants, as well as enhance the students' learning activeness in learning Biology.&#13;

ABSTRAK&#13;
	Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki pemahaman konsep siswa dan meningkatkan keaktifan belajar biologi siswa pada materi dunia tumbuhan melalui penerapan LKPD berbasis miskonsepsi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MAN Padang Tiji. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X sebanyak 90 siswa. Konsep yang diuji sebanyak 4 sub konsep. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa tes CRI (Certainty of Response Index). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengurangan miskonsepsi dan peningkatan keaktifan belajar siswa setelah pembelajaran dengan penerapan LKPD berbasis miskonsepsi. Rata-rata pengurangan miskonsepsi sub konsep ciri umum plantae adalah 11,6%, sub konsep Ciri Bryophyta, Pteridophyta dan Spermatophyta rata- rata pengurangan miskonsepsi adalah 14.9%, sub konsep metagenesis Bryophyta dan Pteridophyta rata- rata pengurangan miskonsepsi adalah 15.4% dan sub konsep perkembangbiakan Spermatophyta rata- rata pengurangan miskonsepsi adalah 15.4%. Keaktifan belajar siswa juga terjadi peningkatan pada setiap pertemuan. Rata-rata keaktifan belajar siswa pertemuan ke 1 adalah  55.3% berdasarkan kriteria penskoran keaktifan siswa dikategorikan ke dalam kategori cukup aktif. Pertemuan ke 2, ke 3 dan ke 4 rata-rata keaktifan belajar siswa berturut-turut adalah 62.3%, 68.9% dan 74.6% berdasarkan kriteria penskoran keaktifan siswa dikategorikan ke dalam kategori aktif. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan LKPD berbasis miskonsepsi dapat mengurangi miskonsepsi dan memperbaiki pemahaman konsep siswa pada materi dunia  tumbuhan, serta meningkatkan keaktifan belajar biologi siswa.&#13;
