Dr. Sofyan Syahnur, M.Si ABTRAK Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan keluarga pada program UPPKS di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Data-data yang digunakan sebagai bahan analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang diperoleh dari kelompok UPKKS dan data sekunder untuk variabel modal, tenaga kerja dan jam kerja. Metode penelitian ini analisis regressi linear. Hasil penelitian didapati bahwa modal dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan pada kelompok UPPKS. Bila dilihat dari konsep elastisitas pengaruhnya tidak terlalu besar terhadap peningkatan pendapatan, sedangkan jam kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pendapatan. Namun tidak signifikan meningkatkan pendapatan kelompok UPPKS di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Diharapkan kepada pemerintah agar dapat menambah modal untuk meningkatkan produksi dan pendapatan kelompok program UPPKS di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Dr. Sofyan Syahnur, M.Si ABSTRACT This study was to determine the factors that affect family income on UPPKS program in the province of North Sumatra. The data used for analysis in this research is the data obtained from the group UPKKS and secondary data for variable capital, labor and working hours. Results of the study found that capital and labor are positive and significant effect in increasing revenue at the group UPPKS. When viewed from the concept of elasticity is not too large influence on the increase in income, while working hours and no significant positive effect on income. But not significant increase revenues UPPKS groups in the province of North Sumatra. Expected the government to be able to raise capital to increase production and income groups UPPKS program in the province of North Sumatra.
