 <note>ABSTRACT&#13;
This research aims to investigate the influences of the quality of information system and internal control on employee performance in Bappeda Provinsi Aceh. Population in this research are employees of PT. Serambi Indonesia. Sensus method was used to determine the samples in this study with 150 employees. Testing instrument used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously, the quality of information system and internal control were positively significant influence employee performance in PT. Serambi Indonesia. Partially, the quality of information system were positively significant influence employee performance in PT. Serambi Indonesia and internal control also positively significant influence employee performance in PT. Serambi Indonesia.&#13;

ABSTRAK&#13;
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas sistem informasi dan pengendalian internal terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Serambi Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. Serambi Indonesia. Metode pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus dengan total sampel berjumlah 150 karyawan. Alat uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, kualitas sistem informasi dan pengendalian internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Serambi Indonesia. Secara parsial, kualitas sistem informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Serambi Indonesia dan pengendalian internal juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Serambi Indonesia.&#13;
