ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Konflik Sosial dengan Atasan terhadap Afek Negatif dengan Evaluasi Inti Diri dan Persepsian Keadilan Prosedural sebagai Pemoderasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Provinsi Aceh. Peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Probability Sampling, sebanyak 148 sampel. Metode analisis data menggunakan Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari semua variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Konflik Sosial dengan Atasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Afek Negatif pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pekerjaan Umum Provinsi Aceh. 2) Evaluasi Inti Diri memoderasi antara Konflik Sosial dengan Atasan terhadap Afek Negatif pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pekerjaan Umum Provinsi Aceh. 3) Persepsian Keadilan Prosedural memoderasi antara Konflik Sosial dengan Atasan terhadap Afek Negatif pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pekerjaan Umum Provinsi Aceh. ABSTRACT This study aimed to analyze the influence of Social Conflict with Supervisor on Negative Affect with Core Self Evaluation and Prosedural Justice Perception as a moderating. The sample used in this study is Government Employees Public Works Bina Marga Province Aceh. Data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used in this study is Probability Sampling with a total 148 respondendents. Methods of data analysis are Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that: 1) Social Conflict with Supervisor has significant effect on the Negative Affect on Government Employees Public Works Bina Marga Province Aceh. 2) Core Self Evaluation moderating in Social Conflict with Supervisor effect on the Negative Affect on Government Employees Public Works Bina Marga Province Aceh. 3) Prosedural Justice Perception moderating in Social Conflict with Supervisor effect on the Negative Affect on Government Employees Public Works Bina Marga Province Aceh.
